ESTABLISHMENT OF THE UNIT
Established in 2015 as a Special Unit in Ministry of Health on the directives of the President and Health Minister due to the requirement at Ministry of Health.
The Unit was a Member of the Presidential Task Force on Prevention of CKD.
Unit directives.,
- To implement all CKD management and prevention activities throughout the country.
- To link the implementation of activities of Presidential Task Force on Prevention of CKD.
- To coordinate directly with National and International stakeholders and relevant Ministries.
